  4. The essence of renunciation is living without attachment, hatred, or desires, while performing selfless actions with a pure heart.
  5. Life is about harnessing, preserving, and utilizing energy wisely. Absorb energy through yoga, preserve it through discipline, and use it for selfless actions.
  6. Yoga and Yajna (sacrifice) are the two streams of virtue that uplift life and lead to continuous progress.
  7. Life is a divine gift; live it with gratitude, not regret or ambition. Death is simply a return to the divine abode.

2. Personal Development

  1. Your body is a temple of God. Avoid tamasic food, negative thoughts, and harmful emotions.
  2. Cultivate discernment so no one can mislead you. Build inner strength to avoid domination and self-confidence to validate your actions.
  3. Smile often, stay cheerful, and respect others. Serve your parents, the needy, and those around you with kindness.
  4. True strength lies in forgiveness, not in revenge, even when you have the power to retaliate.
  5. Do not repeat mistakes; doing so hampers progress and weakens self-confidence.
  6. Pranayama enhances positivity, productivity, and creativity, making it an essential practice for all.

3. Social Harmony and Nationalism

  1. Casteism is the root cause of social conflict and decline. Let us eradicate it entirely.
  2. See divinity in all living beings and abandon practices like caste discrimination and animal sacrifice.
  3. Respect women as loving mothers, pure wives, and cherished daughters.
  4. Serving the nation is the highest form of yoga. Dedicate yourself to its welfare, as every cell in your body is nourished by your homeland.
  5. The tears of your people are your pain; their happiness is your joy. Work to uplift them.
  6. Avoid foreign products; embrace local goods to strengthen national pride and economy.

4. Health and Well-being

  1. Yoga and Ayurveda are safe, holistic approaches to complete health, unlike allopathy, which often has side effects.
  2. Yoga can make 99% of individuals addiction-free and healthy, helping them lead more fulfilling lives.
  3. Gratitude is the greatest virtue; ingratitude, the worst sin. Live each day with a thankful heart.

5. Leadership and Duty

  1. Leadership is held by a small percentage, with many following their example. Let virtuous leaders remain proactive to prevent ignorance and selfishness from dominating.
  2. A nation’s downfall often results more from the apathy of the virtuous than the actions of the wicked. Awaken and take responsibility.
  3. Action is humanity’s greatest religion. Perform selfless deeds without attachment to rewards, as this is the pinnacle of righteousness.

  1. The path to spiritual success requires determination, honesty, and relentless effort—there are no shortcuts.
  2. Living in the present is the true essence of yoga. Forget the past and let go of future ambitions to experience inner peace.
  3. Yoga not only refines your personality but also liberates you from afflictions, guiding you to the highest realization.
  4. Life is like soil; thoughts are the seeds. What you think shapes your character and actions.
  5. A refined individual (Sanskar) elevates the body, mind, intellect, and soul, fostering a virtuous life.
